You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your package. This period applies to unopened, unused bottles in their original packaging and condition.
Returnable Items: Unopened bottles of ZelaVita Multivitamin Blend in original condition with all packaging intact.
Non-Returnable: Opened or used bottles, damaged packaging from misuse, or packages returned after the 14-day window.

Step 2: We will provide you with return shipping instructions and an address.
Step 3: Ship your unopened bottle back to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued in the form of cash reimbursement if you paid by cash on delivery, or credited back to your payment method if you paid by card.
You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before your package ships. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can return it after delivery using the process above.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Food Safety: Opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned for safety and health reasons, as this is a consumable food product.
Non-Standard Returns: Bottles returned without original packaging, significant damage from shipping mishandling, or missing components may be refused at our discretion.
